Mike Howard

Mike Howard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mike started their career in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at BookRenter. Mike then joined AdRoll in 2012 and held various roles, including Business Development Account Manager and Solutions Product Specialist.

In 2015, Howard joined IMG as an Original Content employee, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they moved to Skilljar and initially served as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in February 2022.

During their tenure at AdRoll, Howard worked as a Technical Account Manager for their SMB sales program based in Utah. Mike successfully scaled the program from less than 10 reps to over 60. Additionally, they launched an internal technical forum to enhance functional technical knowledge across the operations and delight team.

Overall, Howard has gained valuable experience in customer success management, business development, account management, and technical account management throughout their career.

Mike Howard completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia from 2008 to 2011. Mike then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Management from the same university from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their enrollment at the University of Virginia, Mike attended Southern Methodist University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Pre-Business.
