Rupika Gautom has a diverse work experience.

In 2022, they joined Skilljar as a Sales Development Representative.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Lynnwood Vision Center as an Optometric Assistant/Technician. In this role, they fostered strong relationships with Doctors of Optometry, assisted in patient testing and diagnostics, and demonstrated skills in time management, task prioritization, and effective communication.

Similarly, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Swedish Medical Center - Edmonds in the Emergency Department Patient Registration. Here, they cultivated relationships, advocated for patients and medical personnel, managed emergency situations, and performed well under pressure.
