Martin Škarbala

Martin Škarbala is a seasoned test automation architect currently working at concircle since October 2024, where responsibilities include automating internal processes, managing contracts with DACH customers, and implementing test automation solutions for SAP Fiori and digital manufacturing systems. Throughout a parallel tenure at AjTyvIT since January 2017, Martin has also served as a lecturer, conducting workshops and courses focused on testing and test automation, including initiatives aimed at empowering women in the IT sector. At Kiwi.com, from June 2020 to June 2024, Martin led multiple QA teams, developed comprehensive QA strategies, and facilitated upskilling programs for QA engineers. Previous experience includes roles at Itera as a Senior Test Automation Engineer, where Martin designed a test automation framework for the banking industry, as well as various positions in QA and testing at companies such as GlassIG, CIIT GmbH, Tempest, and InsData. Martin holds a degree in Business Economics from Slovenská pol'nohospodárska univerzita v Nitre and additional studies from Fachhochschul-Studiengänge Kufstein Tirol.
