Vitaly Gulyk

Vitaly Gulyk has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Vitaly is currently the Founder, Strategy, and Business Development at skillreveal, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, they were a Technical Recruiter at vidIQ from October 2019 to April 2021. From 2012 to 2020, they worked as a Freelance IT Recruiter and was responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various clients. Vitaly also had roles at Impressit as a Strategic Partnerships employee from September 2019 to April 2020, AUTO1 Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager from February 2019 to May 2019, and Symphony Solutions as a Senior Recruiter from February 2018 to October 2018. Additionally, Vitaly worked as a Technical Recruiter at Toptal from March 2017 to October 2017. Vitaly started their career at SoftServe Inc as a Senior Recruiter in November 2008 and worked there until June 2012, during which they coordinated staffing activities and supervised a team of technical interviewers. Vitaly also has experience in working with prominent companies such as Alexander Mann Solutions and Adecco Group.

Vitaly Gulyk completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at Lviv Polytechnic National University from 2004 to 2010. Vitaly then went on to pursue another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Społeczna Akademia Nauk from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018.
