Emma Parry

Emma Parry is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and research, currently serving as a Research and Evaluation Executive at Skills Development Scotland since August 2022. Emma's previous roles include Careers & Employability Consultant and Doctoral Researcher at The University of Sheffield, where a PhD focused on young people's school-to-work transitions was completed. Emma has extensive experience as an Occupational Psychologist, including a significant tenure at Inova Consultancy, where contributions included the development of mentoring programs for women and comprehensive project management.
