Genevieve Leonard

Genevieve Leonard serves as the Assistant Chair and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Digital Arts Department at Pratt Institute, teaching courses in 3D Animation, animation film production, post-production, and Art History since August 2013. In addition to faculty responsibilities, Genevieve has been an active representative and adviser in various departmental initiatives and student clubs. Current roles include Head Instructor at Skillshare, where Genevieve produces and creates educational content, and consulting for the Cranford Municipal Alliance on media and PR. With a strong focus on animation and visual effects, Genevieve has also taught at the School of Visual Arts and the Parsons School of Design and has worked in various capacities at organizations such as Erin Harper Productions and Hunter College. Genevieve holds an MFA in Film Directing from the California Institute of the Arts and a BFA in Film and Animation from the University of the Arts.
