Karen Hannon

Karen Hannon is an experienced professional in business development and program management with a career spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently, Karen serves as a Learning Consultant/Program Manager at Skillsoft since February 2025. Prior to that, Karen was the Director of Strategic Growth at Oasys International Corporation from September 2022 to February 2025. At SiloSmashers, Karen held the position of Director of Business Development from June 2017 to August 2022, where key responsibilities included managing business development activities across various sectors, including cybersecurity. Previous roles also include Business Development Manager at Solvaria, Strategic Account Manager at BlueJeans Network, and Channel Director at ON24, among others. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University.
