Vincent Lonij

Vincent Lonij is a seasoned technology leader and engineer with a diverse background in AI, software engineering, and research. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at SkillsTrust, Vincent is focused on innovating pay transparency through generative AI. As the Founder of AntWorks, Vincent is developing AI tools for designers and engineers, including an AI-powered wireframe generator named Thread. In the role of Director of Software Engineering at Lone E, Vincent provides consulting and engineering expertise to startups. Previously, as Founder and CEO of Swyg, Vincent created an AI-driven video interviewing platform to reduce bias in hiring. With experience as a Data Science Mentor at Thinkful and prior roles at IBM and Bloomberg LP, Vincent has contributed significantly to the fields of deep learning, renewable energy modeling, and quantitative analysis. Vincent holds a PhD in Atomic/Molecular Physics from the University of Arizona and has engaged in research at prestigious institutions such as Princeton and Leiden University.
