Tom Sprows

Tom Sprows has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Tom is currently working as the Senior Director of Engineering at SkillSurvey, an iCIMS company, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Platform Engineering and Architecture at the same company from January to November 2022.
