Michael Hetherington

Michael Hetherington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and operations across the EMEA and APAC regions. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Clients & Operations EMEA at SKIM since August 2019, Michael shapes strategic vision and fosters long-term partnerships while driving operational excellence. Previously, Michael held leadership roles at SKIM in both the UK and APAC markets, as well as a Principal Consultant position at Incite, focusing on strategic research. Michael’s background includes significant tenure at Lieberman Research Worldwide as a Research Director, and various roles at Ipsos MORI, complemented by a BA in Politics from the University of Hull.
