Christina Chapman has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Christina began their career in 2000 as a Parks and Parades Character Performer and Dancer at Walt Disney World. In 2001, they became a Lancome Beauty Advisor at Macy's. In 2004, they were a Fragrance Model Coordinator at Elizabeth Arden. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Business Manager at the Estee Lauder Group of Companies. During this time, they developed strategies to gain market share, recruit new clients, and retain existing clients. Christina also hired and trained Beauty Advisors on sales techniques and strategies. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Department Manager and Specialist at SEPHORA. During this time, they managed and drove sales for multiple accounts in the Southern and Central California Market. From 2012 to 2022, they were a SK-II Education Brand Manager in North America at Procter & Gamble. Christina was responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of education programs for SK-II Sephora North America. Christina was also an SK-II Retail Sales & Education Account Manager on the West Coast and a Prestige Retail Account Executive. Currently, they are the Global Director of Education at Skinfix Inc.
Christina Chapman attended Carsten Aveda Institute of Arizona from 1998 to 1999 and obtained a degree in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. Prior to that, they attended New School for the Arts from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Musical Theatre with a major in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance.
