Michael McClellan has worked in the food industry since 1985. Michael began their career at Readi-Bake, Inc. as a Marketing Assistant. In 1992, they moved to Sara Lee Foods, where they held the role of Production Manager for 17 years. In 2009, they joined Hearthside Food Solutions as Production Manager, where they were responsible for directing six supervisors, 15 foremen, and 350 hourly union and temporary employees, while overseeing ten food production lines. In 2012, they became Director of Operations at El Matador Enterprises / Division of Garden Fresh Gourmet and Campbell Fresh. In this role, they were responsible for directing all activities at the plant, coordinating relevant inputs to ensure production output and on-time deliveries, and setting the direction for all functional activities in the areas of Finance, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Production Management.
Michael McClellan attended Grandville High School from an unknown start year to an unknown end year. Michael then attended Grand Rapids Community College from 1980 to 1982, graduating with an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies. Michael subsequently attended Central Michigan University from 1982 to 1984, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management.
