Steven Yan

Steven Yan is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in driving product strategies and managing teams across various organizations. Currently a member of the Skip Community for CPOs and serving as an advisor at CaptivateIQ and Ironclad, Steven previously held the role of Chief Product Officer at Ironclad, where impactful leadership contributed to a remarkable 10x ARR growth. Prior experience at Zendesk included senior positions such as SVP Product + Design and VP & GM of Zendesk Connect, where a focus on enhancing customer experiences led to significant business successes. Early career roles at Trend Micro provided foundational expertise in software engineering and product development. Steven Yan holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.
