Sierra Seip

Sierra Seip serves as the Senior Industrial Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at Skip Hop, where leadership of a team focuses on developing seasonal concepts for On-The-Go travel accessories, soft goods, and bags for brands including Skip Hop, Osh Kosh, and Carter's. Responsibilities include coordinating product shapes, material sourcing, and color direction based on trend analysis, alongside domestic and international travel for market research and trend forecasting. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Designer and Designer at LR Paris, where engagement with clients involved creating design concepts and photorealistic renderings, and as a founding partner and designer at Design That Moves You, which emphasizes community revitalization through design. Additional positions include design assistant roles at Rocket Dog Brands, Kelsi Dagger / Pour la Victoire Studio, and a design internship at French Connection. Sierra Seip holds a Master of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lewis & Clark College.
