Stef Hogan is currently the Director of Engineering Operations at Skipify, where they were previously employed at GoCart as a Scrum and Delivery Lead. Prior to that, they held positions such as Lead Scrum Master at 84.51˚, Senior Scrum Master at Humana, and Scrum Master and QA Lead at Red e App. Stef's career has also included roles in software engineering, customer success management, and coaching, showcasing a diverse skill set and background in various industries. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science from Hanover College, as well as a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville.
