Kristin Taylor

Kristin Taylor has a wealth of experience in real estate, design, and construction. Kristin is currently the Head of Real Estate and Construction at Skiptown since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of Real Estate, Design & Construction at Unleashed Brands from December 2021 to May 2023. From 2011 to 2018, Kristin was the EVP of Real Estate, Design & Construction at G6 Hospitality LLC, where they played a key role in establishing corporate strategy and leading a team of 55. Kristin also worked at Accor as the Sr. Vice President Technical Services, Real Estate & Development from September 2010 to August 2011, and as the Vice President of Real Estate & Development from December 2006 to September 2010. Before that, they held various positions at Accor North America, including Director of Real Estate & Development from January 2002 to December 2006 and Manager of Real Estate & Development from May 1998 to December 2001. Kristin's career began at ClubCorp, where they served as the Controller of The International Group from October 1992 to April 1998. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing real estate strategies, managing multi-property portfolios, and leading capital programs for renovation and modernization.

Kristin Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance & Banking from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In 1997, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification by successfully passing the examination.
