Sara Najafi

Sara Najafi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Sara is currently working as a Consultant at Egon Zehnder, where they specialize in Technology & Communications. Sara uses their entrepreneurial mindset and deep industry expertise to help companies succeed in the digital era.

Prior to that, Sara was a Non-executive Partner at Movero Ventures AB, a management consulting company focused on business and technology. Sara played a key role in combining business, technology, and IT to leverage digital opportunities for businesses.

Sara is also a Co-founder of Skipperi, a company they helped establish in 2017.

Sara has served as a Board Member at Svava, a Swedish company that helps companies co-create more effectively using software.

Sara also has experience working as a Project Manager and Owner at their own consulting company, Sara Najafi Consulting, where they were responsible for developing a new system for the Swedish Department of Defence.

Before that, they were a Master's Student at SRV återvinning AB, where they developed a new IT strategy for the company.

In 2010 and 2011, Sara attended the Executive Management Institute / Chartered Management Institute to obtain an Executive Diploma in Professional Management and Leadership, earning 28 credits. Lastly, from 2011 to 2019, they completed an Executive MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, specializing in Master of Business Administration.
