Kim Steinfeld has over 30 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, project management, and training. Kim began their career in 1984 at Ben & Jerry's Homemade, Inc. as a scooper, baker, and caker, eventually becoming the Sr. Manager of Franchise Services after 20+ years. In 2008, they moved on to Cope & Associates, Inc. as the Director of Finance and Operations, and also took on a role in business development and client services. In 2014, they joined Westwood International, Inc. as a Program Manager, Client Services and Operations, and was responsible for designing and delivering global-scale action learning programs and leadership development initiatives. In 2018, they became the Owner, Finance, and Client Services for https://greenmountaintourism.com/ and also worked as a Change Coordinator - Consultant at The University of Vermont Health Network. Finally, in 2019, they became the Director Human Resources for Skirack, Patagonia Burlington and Vermont Trailwear, where they were responsible for performing all HR-related duties, managing all AR transactions, and ensuring regulatory and employment law compliance.
Kim Steinfeld obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Vermont in 1987. In 2008, they obtained a DiSC certification from Wiley. In 2011, they became a Certified LIFO Trainer & Facilitator from Bcon-The Schultz Group. In 2014, they obtained Team Dimensions Profile Certification. In 2016, they obtained 360 Leadership Imperatives from the J&J Learning Academy.
