Divyansh Tiwari

Divyansh Tiwari has a diverse work experience in various roles. At Skit.ai, they currently hold the position of Sr. Solutions Product Manager since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Solutions Product Manager from April 2021 to March 2023. In this role, they designed and implemented voicebot solutions for eight leading Indian clients, generating significant annual recurring revenue.

Before joining Skit.ai, Divyansh worked at OYO, where they served as a Project Manager from July 2020 to March 2021. During their tenure, they designed the user interface and customer journey for an in-house chatbot. Divyansh also worked as a Project Associate from August 2018 to July 2020, where their responsibilities included process automation, self-help product launches, and revenue optimization.

Prior to OYO, Divyansh worked as a Business Operations Associate at ZS Associates International, Inc. from July 2017 to August 2018. Divyansh started their career as a Summer Intern at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in May 2016, where they gained valuable experience.

Divyansh Tiwari obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn in April 2022, and "Introduction to Blockchain Technologies" from Coursera in November 2021.
