Jignesh Patel, PMP, is a seasoned Food Scientist and Product Developer with extensive experience at Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc since August 2005, where responsibilities also included a role as QA-Technician on weekends. Prior to this, Jignesh Patel served as a Senior Quality Control Chemist at Raymon Gelatine from March 1999 to May 2005. Jignesh Patel holds a Certificate of Food Science, specializing in Food Processing and Food Science from the University of Guelph, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Sardar Patel University.
