Micah Rush

Micah Rush is a seasoned professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at The Bruery & Offshoot Beer Co. since February 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Innovation and Clean & Sour Barrel Programs. Prior experience at The Bruery includes roles such as Cellar Manager, Production Supervisor, and Lead Brewer. Micah’s career began at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where positions ranged from Stock Replenishment Manager overseeing operational logistics at the Disneyland Resort to various guest service and attractions roles. Micah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Long Beach, earned in 2010.
