Milan Prochazka

Milan Prochazka currently serves as the Finance Operations Director at Škoda Group since 2022, bringing extensive financial expertise from previous roles including Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice a.s. from 2021 to 2022, and Finance Manager at Hydratech Industries Czech Republic and FTE automotive GmbH between 2018 and 2018. Academically, Milan holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance Management in the Global Environment from Škoda Auto University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the same institution, as well as studies at Fachhochschule Wien.
