Alexey Denisov

Vice President For Research Infrastructure at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology

Alexey Denisov has a diverse work experience spanning various research and engineering roles. Alexey worked as the Director of Research Facilities Center at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Shared Facilities Office at the same institute from April 2018 to November 2020. Alexey also worked as a Project Manager at Skolkovo Institute from November 2016 to July 2018.

Before joining Skolkovo Institute, Alexey worked as the Technology Director at the Research and Education Center "Functional Micro/Nanosystems" from December 2014 to July 2016. Alexey was also employed as a Process Development Engineer at MAPPER Lithography from September 2013 to December 2014.

Alexey started their career as a Research Engineer at Bauman Moscow State Technical University from April 2003 to February 2006.

Alexey Denisov has an extensive education history in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In 2006, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Alexey then went on to obtain three Master of Science (MSc) degrees in Micro and Nanotechnologies for Integrated Systems from EPFL (\u00c9cole polytechnique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne), Grenoble INP - UGA, and Politecnico di Torino between 2006 and 2008. Alexey also attended the European School On Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies in 2008. After that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London from 2009 to 2013. Along the way, they took various courses and training programs related to Energy Harvesting, Acoustics, and Hydrophone Measurement.
