Dean began their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Claims Adjuster, Team Director, and SIU Adjuster, where they performed in-person field adjusting, investigated auto bodily injury claims, and achieved excellent metrics for first/third party contacts and claims resolution. Dean also gained negotiation skills while interacting with claimants and their legal representation.

Before entering the insurance industry, Dean served in the Army National Guard as a Corporal.
