Julio Avalos

Julio Avalos has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Julio began their career as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio from June 2014 to May 2016. After that, they worked as a Chemistry Technician I at Aerotek from April 2017 to October 2017. Julio then joined Air Liquide, where they held various roles, starting as a Laboratory Technician I from May 2018 to February 2021. Julio was later promoted to Laboratory Technician III (Lead) and held this position from February 2021 to February 2022. At Air Liquide, Julio also worked as a Maintenance Technician from February 2022 to October 2022. Currently, Julio is working at Skorpios Technologies, Inc. as a Metrology Development Engineer since October 2022. In this role, they are responsible for method development for metrology tools and is involved in improving and establishing standard operating procedures. Julio also conducts training for technicians and engineers on tool operation.

Julio Avalos attended St Philip's College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Mathematics. Julio then transferred to The University of Texas at San Antonio and earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from 2014 to 2016.
