Caroline Olsson

Caroline Olsson is an experienced leader in employer policy and leadership development, currently serving as the Division Chief at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since March 2009. In this role, Caroline leads a section focused on long-term competence supply in welfare, education, work environment, and leadership. Caroline has previously held positions such as Leadership Development and Training at Skanska Sverige AB, where responsibilities included program design and coaching, and as a Leadership Consultant at Ledarna, focusing on service development in leadership and career areas. Earlier experience includes roles in HR and communications at Sigtunahem and Trafikförvaltningen Stockholms läns landsting, as well as a position as Personnel Secretary at Håbo kommun. Caroline holds a degree from Stockholm University, obtained in 1986.
