Jelena Drenjanin

Jelena Drenjanin serves as the CEO of JEDIN Consulting AB since May 2023, providing professional consulting services to organizations. Concurrently, Jelena holds the position of Vice Chair on the EU preparation board at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner, focusing on local and regional perspectives on EU legislation. Since March 2021, Jelena has been the President of the Governance Committee at the Council of Europe, promoting good governance and democracy. As the First Vice President of the EPP group in the Committee of the Regions since January 2011, Jelena is actively involved in political matters. Previous roles include Co-Chair at SRV Återvinning AB, Chair of the EU preparation committee at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner, Municipality Commissioner in Huddinge kommun, and Chair of the Strukturfondspartnerskapet Stockholm at Regeringskansliet. Jelena's educational background includes a Master's degree from Uppsala University and extensive training in political leadership.
