Katrin Stjernfeldt Jammeh

Katrin Stjernfeldt Jammeh has extensive experience in public service and governance, currently serving as the Mayor of the City of Malmö and Chair of Malmö Stadshus AB since 2008. Additional roles include Municipal Councilor for education, safety, and welfare, and Vice Chair of the Municipal Executive Board. Katrin holds leadership positions with ICLEI as President and Chair of Sustainable Local Economy and Procurement, as well as serving on the Board of Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner and Skånes Kommuner. In the government sector, Katrin has been involved in various committees and investigations related to education and financial oversight. Academic qualifications include a degree in Political Science and Economics from Lund University and studies at The University of Sheffield.
