Liisa Tolvanen

Liisa Tolvanen is a highly experienced dietitian and researcher with a focus on obesity and healthy lifestyle habits. Currently serving as a leg dietist at the Centrum för obesitas Akademiskt Specialistcentrum and as a research affiliate in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at Mayo Clinic, Liisa is also involved with the European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians as a member of the European Specialist Dietetic Network Obesity Committee. Liisa's academic credentials include a PhD from Karolinska Institutet and a Master's degree in health sciences with a specialization in public health. Throughout a diverse career, Liisa has held various roles in organizations such as Region Stockholm and Socialstyrelsen, contributing to national guidelines and working groups on obesity and health promotion.
