Aaron Thebault

Aaron Thebault is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining positions. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Skratch Labs Cafe since April 2022, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles, including Executive Chef at The Joseph Hotel in Nashville from March 2020 to October 2022. Aaron's foundational experience includes significant tenures at Girl and the Goat, where responsibilities spanned from Sous Chef (July 2011 - April 2013) to Chef De Cuisine (July 2013 - April 2018). Aaron holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes, completed between 2003 and 2005.
