Xiaoyu Huang

Xiaoyu Huang is an accomplished aquaculture professional with extensive experience in research and project management. Currently serving as a RAS project manager at Skretting since April 2024, Xiaoyu coordinates projects and develops services related to feed in recirculating aquaculture systems. Prior to this role, Xiaoyu completed a PhD at the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on the interplay between feeds and RAS water quality, while participating in EU projects. Experience as an aquaculture researcher and RAS engineer at AquaBioTech Group involved designing and consulting on RAS projects and coordinating research efforts. Earlier roles included a biological modeling internship at DHI, laboratory assistance at various institutions, and hands-on responsibilities in hatchery operations. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Aquaculture from DTU, a Master's in Aquatic Science and Technology, and a Bachelor's in Aquaculture from Ocean University of China.
