Kostas Zioulis

Kostas Zioulis has over 15 years of experience in customer care and assistance roles, currently serving as a Customer Care Operations Specialist at Skroutz since December 2020, with previous positions as Customer Care Supervisor and Support Team Lead. Prior to Skroutz, Kostas held the role of Customer Support Team Lead at ZuluTrade from March 2019 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Event Coordinator at Underflow Record Store & Art Gallery and as a Medical & Travel Assistance Coordinator at both Athens Assistance and AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe. Kostas earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Thessaly University of Applied Sciences between 1998 and 2004.
