Receiving /Safety Manager at SKU Distribution

Gordon Banks has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1982 at General Electric Aircraft Engines as a Material Support. In this role, they interacted with electricians, pipefitters, millwrights, painters, and test cell technicians in the successful operation of a major engine test and support facility. Gordon also controlled $12 million in jet engine assembly tooling by bar coding and creating tool kits. In 1994, they moved to Paragon Vision Sciences as a Material Handler. In 1996, they began working at ST Microelectronics as a Material Handler 1, and was promoted to Senior Warehouse Supervisor, managing a multi-million dollar receiving, pick-pack, and shipping operation. In 2010, they joined SmartPractice as Warehouse Manager, overseeing warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, and supply chain for the company's healthcare division. Gordon was able to optimize operations for a $100M business by providing vision and leadership to increase productivity, cost efficiency, and safety. Most recently, in 2018, they joined SKU Distribution as Receiving/Safety Manager.

Gordon Banks attended the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2004, studying Business Management. Gordon also attended Raymond Walters from 1978 to 1979, studying Business Management.
