Most recently, they worked at SKU IQ as a Help Center UX Writer, creating help center articles on software use in retail terminals and eCommerce platforms. Throughout their career, Laurie has demonstrated expertise in content strategy, website design, technical documentation, online marketing, and customer relationship management.
Laurie Bentley pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from The College of Idaho, which they completed between 1991 and 1995.
