Janelle O'Neil

Janelle O'Neil has always been passionate about helping others. After several years working in the corporate world, they decided to pursue a career in human resources. Janelle started as a client service specialist at Unum and quickly rose through the ranks to become the VP of People and Culture at Skuid. In their current role, they are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Janelle is also responsible for developing policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment.

Janelle O'Neil has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Houghton University. Janelle also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
