Erik Myrind

Erik Myrind has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Erik started their career at NTNU as a Professor's Assistant in 2005. Following this, they worked as a Summer Temp Human Resources at Aibel in 2005. In 2006, Erik joined Aibel again, this time as an Organizational Development Consultant and later as an HR Manager. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Petroleum Geo-Services as a Staffing Manager. In 2013, Erik joined Skuld and held several positions, starting as a Senior Executive HR, then progressing to Assistant Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Skuld.

Erik Myrind completed their Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have attended BSKA, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this institution.
