Pollux Polaris

Pollux Polaris is a firmware engineer with extensive experience in embedded software development and program management. Currently at Skullcandy Inc. since July 2022, Pollux previously held positions as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Vutility and as Firmware Engineer II at Derive Systems. Earlier roles include Firmware Engineer and Program Manager at Alphalab Inc. and an engineering internship at HARMAN International. Pollux's expertise encompasses firmware development for scientific instrumentation and life-safety applications, utilizing SAM4E, SAME70, and MSP430 processors, along with PC GUI interface integration using QT. Pollux earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah in 2014.
