VP of Customer Success at SKUPOS

Lauren Denault is the Vice President of Customer Success at SKUPOS. Lauren has over 9 years of experience in customer success and operations management.

Denault began their career as a Marketing Manager at Wehmeiers, a small family-owned business. Lauren then moved to Demandforce by Intuit, where they spent five years as the Head of Customer Success and Onboarding. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of customer success managers and onboarding specialists. Lauren also oversaw the development of new customer success programs and initiatives.

In March 2017, Denault joined Skupos as the Vice President of Customer Experience. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing the Technical Integration, Customer Support, Customer Success, Learning & Development, and Business Applications/Operations teams. Lauren also developed all roles and responsibilities, and was accountable for all metrics and KPI's for the post-sale customer teams.

Denault oversaw both Skupos' Retail (SMB) and CPG (Enterprise) customer segments that ranged from small independently owned businesses to some of the largest CPG companies in the world. As part of their work in building the CPG (Enterprise) side of the business, they helped to bring in Skupos' largest client, and negotiated the company's first partner reseller program.

Lauren Denault has completed an Executive Women's Leadership Program at Yale University and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University New Orleans. Lauren is also fluent in Spanish and has completed an International Marketing program at Saint Louis University- Madrid.

Lauren Denault reports to Jake Bolling, Co-founder and CEO. They are on a team with Julie Boardman - VP, People, Place & Culture, Nam Nguyen - VP of Engineering, and Mike Glassman - Co-founder and COO.
