Natalie Ricotta (James)

Natalie Ricotta (James) has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Editorial Intern at Orange Coast Magazine, where they fact-checked articles, conducted research, and pitched stories, resulting in various published magazine articles. After that, they joined the Antique Mall of Treasures as an Operations Assistant, building relationships, mediating communication between stakeholders, and planning strategies to engage potential customers. In 2017, Natalie worked as a Staff Writer at Santa Ana College, where they published numerous newspaper articles by completing tasks on time, selecting compelling stories, and conducting interviews. Natalie then moved on to work as a Server at Courtyard by Marriott, implementing plans for banquet preparation and service, supporting the creation of updated workflows, and being recognized as "Team Member of the Month" for their flexibility and cooperation. Natalie also gained experience as a Server at Islands Restaurants, where they ensured efficient food service, communicated effectively with team members, and maximized guest satisfaction. In 2020, they became a Project Coordinator at Robert's Home Audio & Video, where they defined project scopes, analyzed challenges, coordinated resource allocation, and executed projects in a fast-paced environment. After that, Natalie joined MeridianLink as a Solution Architecture Specialist (Project Coordinator), managing multiple concurrent pre-implementation projects, facilitating requirements gathering, collaborating cross-functionally, and resolving issues. Most recently, they started working as a Junior Program Manager at Skupos Inc. in 2023.
