Kimberley Davey

Kimberley Davey (MAHRI/CPHR) currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at SKUTOPIA, leading a significant headcount growth from 15 to 150 FTE, complemented by 250 casuals, while developing a recruitment engine to enhance hiring quality. Previously, Kimberley held roles including HR Manager and Human Resources Officer at Walker Books, where responsibilities included line management of a HR Assistant and the creation of management training programs. Experience also includes positions as HR Assistant at the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited, Account Manager at Elevate Staffing, National Talent Manager at Traffik, and various roles in staffing and customer service. Educational qualifications comprise a Level 7 Advanced Diploma and Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management, alongside a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of the West of England.
