Shiloh Mount has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2004 with Ledcor Technical Services as a Dispatch Center Manager, where they proposed and helped create an after-hours manager position for the emergency call center. Shiloh successfully managed call flow and responded to technical and emergency support needs of large-scale international clients, saving time and money with fast-acting emergency resolutions.

In 2008, Shiloh joined Ohio Valley Wrestling LLC as a Performer, and they continue to work there.

In 2013, Shiloh transitioned to Louisville Athletic Club/ Private Personal Training as a Certified Personal Trainer. They held this position until 2017, during which they helped clients achieve their fitness goals.

After that, Shiloh joined Northland Group in 2015 as a Call Center Representative, where they handled daily de-escalation of customer complaints and achieved a top 3 ranking in annual collected revenue until 2017.

In 2017, Shiloh started working at SkuVault, initially as a QA Analyst, responsible for quality assurance. In 2018, they took on a role as a Business Analyst, performing business analysis tasks. In 2019, Shiloh became a Scrum Master, leading and coordinating Agile development teams. And in 2021, they were promoted to the position of Director of Engineering, overseeing the engineering department.

Shiloh Mount, A-CSM, SSM has a diverse education history. In 2016, Shiloh attended CodeLouisville (Treehouse), where they studied Full Stack JavaScript. Before that, in 2006 and 2007, Shiloh attended Arizona State University and focused on Communications. They continued their education in 2007 and 2008 at Bellevue College, where they also studied Communications.

In addition to their educational background, Shiloh has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Later, in November 2020, they achieved the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) designation from the same institution. Most recently, in February 2022, Shiloh became a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master through Scaled Agile, Inc. They also hold a Code Louisville Full-Stack Javascript certification, obtained at an unspecified time.
