Martin Landauer

Dr. Martin Landauer advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective labor law and in compliance with employment law. He advises employers on issues relating to employment and service contract law, including the drafting of contracts for managing directors and board members and of complex remuneration systems. He represents companies in court and out of court in disputes with employees, works councils, staff councils, and trade unions. Dr. Landauer has many years of experience with the post-merger integration of companies and operations into acquirers’ corporate structures after M&A transactions, particularly in cross-border constellations. He assists his clients in designing flexible and modern forms of work and advises on issues of international staff deployment. He has extensive know-how in reorganizations and supports companies in adjusting staffing levels, relocating and closing of operations, as well as in transferring of functions and of businesses. His expertise further extends to insolvency labor law, corporate and group restructuring, questions of corporate co-determination, and social security law.

Many of his clients are operating in the IT industry or in the services, technology, aviation, automotive, and engineering sectors.
