Arnel Marcelo

Arnel Marcelo is an experienced procurement and operations professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and project management. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at SKY Cable Corporation since November 2021, Arnel oversees supplier relationships and ensures compliance with procurement policies. Previously held roles include Strategic Sourcing Lead at Universal Robina Corporation, Purchaser/Buyer for Capital Projects at ABS-CBN Corporation, and Operations Research Analyst also at ABS-CBN. Arnel's earlier experience includes managerial positions at SM Retail and ESS Manufacturing Company, Inc., and team leadership at Innodata Phils. Inc. Arnel began the career as an Industrial Engineer at Sterling Paper Products Enterprises Inc. and Capital Garment Co.
