Joey Ralph Jaramillo, MSHRM, currently serves as the HR Operations Head at SKY Cable Corporation, responsible for steering daily HR functions and ensuring operational excellence across the organization and its subsidiaries. With a background that includes strategic HR leadership and business enablement as an HR Account Manager, as well as project implementation and data analysis as an HR Technology Consultant at STORM Technologies PH, Joey has demonstrated expertise in aligning HR practices with business objectives. Prior experience as an HR Business Partner at Henderson Blake and various roles at MicroSourcing, including HR Operations Officer, has further solidified a comprehensive skill set in HR management and employee relations.
