Customer Experience Head - Africa at Sky.Garden

Esau Okumu has worked in various roles since 2005. Esau began their career as a Business Owner at Bluez Entertainment. In 2008, they became an Office Executive at South Sudan Artists Association, where they handled artists registration, helped prepare and organise events, handled the day to day running of the office, and followed up on artists payments and sponsors. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Brand Ambassador/Team Leader at Swivel Marketing and Neo Marketing Ltd. In 2012, they became a Team Leader at Exp Momentum Kenya. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Operations Manager at Juba Interlink Services Ltd (SS). In 2015, they became a Team Leader/As.Project Manager at Golden Marketing Ltd. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have worked as a Customer Experience Head - Africa at Sky.Garden, where they are a key facilitator in relation to all QoS parameters for Sky. garden Customer Experience related to call centre, Customer Engagement & Customer Communication across Kenya. Esau also manages a cross-functional team, engages with partners, and manages CS resources.

Esau Okumu's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Mount Kenya University (MKU) in Business Administration and Management, General from 2017 to 2021, a Diploma from EAICs in Marketing from 2015 to 2016, an IMIS from KCCT in Management Information Systems and Services from 2002 to 2003, and an ICDL from I.A.T. in 2004 to 2005. In addition, they hold certifications in IMIS from the Institute of Management & Information Science, and an International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) from ICDL Africa.
