Bui Dai Huynh (Harry)

Bui Dai Huynh (Harry) has a strong legal background with experience in various roles. Bui Dai Huynh currently serves as the Vietnam Legal Director at Sky Mavis since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Manager at Central Retail from December 2020 to May 2022. Bui Dai Huynh also served as a Transaction Manager (Legal) at Shire Oak International from May 2020 to December 2020. Harry's earlier experience includes working at EPLegal, where they held positions as a Senior Associate from January 2019 to May 2020, an Associate from December 2016 to January 2019, and a Paralegal from September 2015 to December 2016.

Bui Dai Huynh (Harry) attended Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (ULAW) from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Prior to that, they attended Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted from 2007 to 2010.

In 2017 to 2018, Harry enrolled in the Vietnam Judicial Academy and obtained a Training Lawyer Certificate.

In terms of additional certifications, Harry obtained an Ad-hoc Commercial Mediator certification from the Department of Justice of Dong Nai Province in April 2020. Bui Dai Huynh also holds a Lawyer Practicing Certificate from the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam, obtained in March 2020.

Among their earlier certifications, Harry received the SIAC Academy Singapore 2019 certification from the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in November 2019. Bui Dai Huynh was recognized as a Rising Star in Energy by Asialaw in September 2019, and as a Rising Star in Project Development and Finance & Banking by IFLR1000 in the same month. Harry also obtained an ACiarb certification from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in July 2019.

Additionally, Harry possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (ULAW).
