Dinesh Constantine

Dinesh Constantine has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Dinesh is currently the Head of Commercial Finance at Sky New Zealand since February 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Spark New Zealand, including Domain Chapter Lead - Commercial Finance, Commercial Chapter Lead - 5G Innovation, Finance Product Owner - Broadband, Voice, and Collaboration, Portfolio Performance Manager - Broadband, and Senior Financial Analyst - Spark Ventures M&A Investments and Spark Ventures (IoT). Before joining Spark New Zealand, Dinesh worked as a Group Accountant at VOLOM - The Marketing Business and as a Company Accountant at Outline Design. Dinesh started their career as a Graduate - Senior Accountant at Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited and also worked as an Intern at the same company.

Dinesh Constantine completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Auckland from 2006 to 2009. Dinesh then pursued a Chartered Accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Dinesh continued their education at The University of Auckland and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Dinesh has certifications in Best Practice Project Finance Modelling from Corality Training Academy and is a Chartered Accountant recognized by the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
