Victoria Recaido

Victoria Recaido has a diverse work experience, starting as an IT Consultant at NCS Group from 1999 to 2008. Victoria then joined iiNet as a Customer Service Manager for their Tech Support Team from 2008 to 2019. Following that, they worked at LeasePlan as an Account Manager for SMEs from 2019 to 2022. Afterwards, they joined solarZero as an Energy Specialist Team Leader for a short period of time, and is currently working at Sky New Zealand as a Customer Care Team Lead, specifically handling Technical Escalations.

Victoria Recaido has a Master's degree in Business Management from Saint Francis of Assisi College System. Victoria also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Computer Graphics from AIMS/Animation College New Zealand, specializing in Computer Software and Media Applications. Victoria has obtained various certifications, including one from Site Safe New Zealand Inc as a Certified Health and Safety Representative in 2022, and several online training courses from LinkedIn covering topics such as Access, Excel, Photoshop, and Graphic Design.
