Roberto Varallo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Roberto started their career at Siemens as a Key Account Manager in 1994 and remained with the company until 1999. Roberto then joined Diveo do Brasil as a Key Account Manager from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked at Global One as an Account Manager, responsible for sales, consulting, and partnerships development.

In 2001, Roberto joined Telemar as a Key Account Manager in the Wholesale Business Unit, where they were responsible for managing relationships and business with other operators and achieving annual revenue targets. Roberto moved to Orange Business Services in 2004 as a Key Account Manager Sr, focusing on large accounts and multinational companies, selling value-added telecommunication services.

Roberto worked at Embratel from 2008 to 2013, initially as an Executive Sales Manager and later as a Regional Sales Manager. Roberto restructured operations, improved client support processes, and achieved sales growth while reducing complaints and improving invoicing accuracy.

From 2013 to 2017, Roberto held various roles at LeasePlan Mexico, including Commercial Director and Managing Director. Roberto was responsible for sales and account management, implementing PMO areas, and achieving fleet growth while improving project delivery.

Roberto then joined Navistar Inc in 2018 as a Business & Commercial Director. Roberto provided leadership in the commercial area, developed financial services programs, and managed KPIs to increase finance market share and portfolio growth.

Most recently, Roberto has been working at Sky.One since 2022 as the Head of International Sales. Their role involves transforming the way companies consume technology and assisting in their digital transformation through the implementation of modern and efficient systems.

Throughout their career, Roberto has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve business results in a variety of roles and industries.

Roberto Varallo has a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Science, which they obtained from Escola Politécnica da USP from 1989 to 1993. In 1998, they pursued an Executive MBA in International Relations and Affairs from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completing it in 2003. Later, in 2015, they attended Ibmec and earned another Executive MBA, this time in Project Management, finishing in 2016. Most recently, in 2021, Roberto obtained an Executive MBA in Innovation from Ecossistema Inova.

In addition to their formal education, Roberto Varallo has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they received the AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In July 2022, they also achieved the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from the same institution. Furthermore, in October 2017, Roberto obtained the Business & Strategy - Strategic IQ certification from Harvard Business School.
