Amanda Jaskie

Amanda Jaskie, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the organizations they have been a part of. Most recently, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Sky Ranch from March 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Team Liaison at Johnson Financial Group, LLC from July 2021 to February 2023.

Before their time at Johnson Financial Group, Amanda had a significant tenure with Sky Ranch, starting as a Legacy Fellow in August 2013 and progressing through several roles. Amanda served as an Operations Manager from June 2018 to July 2021, where they provided strategic direction, oversaw organization-wide projects, and worked to improve work efficiency and system processes. Amanda also had responsibilities related to budgeting, expenditures, and master planning. Prior to this, they held the positions of Retreat Lead (October 2016 to June 2018), Retreat Coordinator (April 2016 to October 2016), and School Programs Instructor (August 2014 to April 2016) at Sky Ranch.

During their time as a Legacy Fellow, Amanda gained valuable experience in various departments of the camp, including maintenance, food service, hospitality, housekeeping, administration, activities, retreats, day camp, school programs, and marketing. Amanda assisted retreat groups with meeting their needs and facilitated activities.

With their diverse background and strong expertise in operations management, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their current role in human resources.

Amanda Jaskie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Texas Tech University between 2009 and 2013. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tarleton State University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including HR Metrics & Dashboarding Specialist, HR Business Partner, Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist, DEIB Specialist, Strategic HR Leadership, HR OD Practitioner, Learning and Development Specialist, Certified Compensation & Benefits Professional, and Certified HR Generalist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. In 2016, they also obtained a Lifeguard Instructor certification from the American Red Cross, and in 2013, they obtained the American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
